Driver's license deduction does not affect credit reporting, and driver's license deduction has nothing to do with personal credit reporting records. The information collected in personal credit records does not include the relevant information of driver's license for the time being, and personal credit records mainly involve loans, credit cards and public utilities information. At present, traffic violations are not recorded in the credit report. According to Article 14 of the Regulations on the Administration of Credit Information Industry, credit information agencies are prohibited by law from collecting personal religious beliefs, genes, fingerprints, blood types, diseases and medical history information and other personal information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. Credit institutions shall not collect information such as personal income, deposits, securities, commercial insurance, real estate and tax payment. However, unless the credit reporting agency explicitly informs the information subject of the possible adverse consequences of providing information and obtains its written consent.
