1. First of all, bank card passwords do not have the function of automatically recovering the number of incorrect passwords (including bank cards, passbooks, and credit cards). That is to say, if you enter the wrong password twice today, and if you enter the wrong password again tomorrow, the password will be locked.
2. If the password is locked, the cardholder can only manually unlock the password at the bank counter with the card and ID card, and it will not be unlocked automatically.
3. Personal online banking will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours if you enter the wrong password to lock it.
4. I will go to any local branch with my ID card and bank card to manually report the password loss and reset the password.
