If the overdraft credit card is used for husband and wife's common life, joint production and operation, or based on the common will of both husband and wife, it belongs to joint debt, and the wife has obligations. If the creditor's personal debts exceed the daily needs of the family, the people's court will not support it on the grounds that it belongs to the joint debts of husband and wife.
