Fill it in truthfully.

Before using it, please activate your credit card through our ICBC e-Life, ICBC e-Banking (mobile banking), online banking, telephone banking or business outlets. Only after the card is activated can the card be used normally (Note: The first credit card of our bank applied for through online channels must be activated at a business outlet; the non-first credit card applied for through online channels can be activated through the above channels other than telephone banking).

Please keep the card properly and do not put the card, ID, and password together or disclose the card password to others. Avoid placing cards near magnetic fields to avoid card breakage or magnetic strip scratches. Please check regularly to see if the card is lost, and do not lend the card to others. Transaction receipt

After using the card for transaction, please carefully check the date, card number, amount and other important information on the transaction receipt, and sign after confirming it is correct (except for visa-free transactions) , and keep the transaction documents.

Bill reconciliation

Please reconcile in time. If you have any questions about the transaction, please call our customer service hotline 95588 within 60 days from the transaction recording date.

If the address, postal code or telephone number and other contact information change, please promptly contact us through ICBC e-Life, ICBC e-Bank (mobile banking), online banking , telephone banking or business outlets to apply for changes.
