International Card Organization provides ERC emergency card replacement service (ERC) for cardholders. If the cardholder loses his credit card abroad or cannot use it due to degaussing, and stays abroad for more than 48 hours, he can apply by calling the global customer service hotline of the card organization or the customer service hotline of the issuing bank. When calling the global customer service hotline of the card organization, the cardholder needs to provide information such as name, passport number, local address and contact number, and then fax it to CITIC Card Center to apply for processing.

The card center promises to accept eligible cardholders within two hours after the audit. After the cardholder's information is reviewed, it will fill in the form designated by the card organization and fax it to the card organization for processing. After successful acceptance, the card organization will arrange to send the replacement card to the receiving address provided by the cardholder within 24 hours. Note: the validity period of business card printing is only 1 month, and it can only be used for consumption but not cash withdrawal.
