3. If the buyer agrees to accept (that is, agree to transfer), the old car custody ID card, new car custody ID card and new car driving license (that is, the driving license after transfer) shall go through the "transfer" formalities at the original ETC business service point. The toll in the ETC card can be solved by the new and old car owners themselves.
