For customers with China Bank Debit Card/China Bank Credit Card, you can take China Bank Debit Card/China Bank Credit Card, your ID card and vehicle driving license (which may be different from the cardholder's) to drive to the designated outlet of China Bank for ETC business acceptance, fill in the ETC user agreement, handle ETC business and install OBU equipment.
