There seem to be very few English-speaking shop assistants in Yokohama's operator shops. I went to several stores because of language problems and communication difficulties. I went to the bic camera(ビックカメラ) store which provides Chinese support in Shibuya. Personally, I feel that the process of signing a contract requires a lot of Japanese. If you can't speak Japanese like me, it will be easier to recommend a shop that provides Chinese support in Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ginza.
