1. Call Ping An Bank Credit Card Customer Service Phone: 955 1 1, and press "2" to switch to self-service voice service;
2. Press "2" and select "Card Activation and Password Management" function;
3. Press "1" to select the "card activation" function;
4. Enter the ID number according to the voice prompt and confirm.
Second, online activation.
1. Log in to the homepage of Ping An Bank Credit Card Center and select the "Credit Card Activation" function on the left;
2. Enter the activation page of Ping An Bank Credit Card and enter the relevant ID number to activate Ping An Bank Credit Card.
Third, SMS activation.
You can also use the mobile phone number reserved in Ping An Bank to edit the short message "Last 4 digits of JH+ Card+Last 4 digits of ID number+Expiration Period" and send it to 955 1 186 for activation.
Reminder:
After the card is activated, you can set three passwords, namely inquiry password, transaction password and credit card online banking login password:
(1) password inquiry: used when the phone handles business, and set in the phone voice after activating the card;
(2) Transaction password: Cash advance can be opened by logging in to Ping An Credit Card Online Banking or calling Ping An Bank's 24-hour customer service hotline 9551-2-2-3 (Platinum VIP line 40088955 1 1). If you use the "signature+password" method for credit card consumption, you can also open the "consumption password" function in credit card online banking, and the transaction password will also be used as the password for credit card consumption and online payment.
