After the credit card is put on file, the public security organ or the bank will generally issue a notice of filing to the cardholder. There are two kinds of notices of filing according to different cases.
1, civil case
If the credit card is overdue, but it does not meet the standard of criminal filing, the bank will go to court in the form of civil disputes. This is a civil case.
After the court accepts the case, it will send a Notice of Case Acceptance to the plaintiff, indicating that the case sued by the bank has been accepted and filed. This filing notice will generally be stamped by the local court, and then the bank will mail the filing notice to the cardholder to inform him that the case has been filed.
2. Criminal cases
The cardholder's malicious overdraft constitutes the crime of credit card fraud and needs to bear criminal responsibility. In this case, the bank will generally report the case to the public security organ, and the public security organ will issue a notice of filing a case to the bank after accepting it, indicating that the public security organ has accepted the bank's report, officially filed a case for investigation, and criminal proceedings began.
The receipt for filing a case mainly includes the informant's information, case type, brief case, accepting personnel, contact telephone number and filing time. The bank will mail this receipt to the cardholder to let him know that he has been accused.
To sum up, how to notify the credit card for filing varies according to the type of case. It should be noted that there are also some forged subcontracting payment notices, which need to be carefully identified.
