In the following four cases, the credit card limit will be reduced:
First, the bank suspects that you illegally cashed in your credit card. Once this behavior is discovered, the bank will reduce your credit card, which is a punishment for illegal cashing!
Second, if the overdue time is too long or the overdue amount is too large, the bank will have a special person to communicate with the cardholder. If the cardholder throws away the old one after communication, the issuing bank will reduce the credit card limit or directly limit the consumption function of the card. This is the bank's corresponding measures for its own risks and profits!
Third, if the credit card account is stolen or the credit card is lost, the bank will communicate with the cardholder when it finds that the credit card is abnormal, or the cardholder will actively communicate with the bank. If both parties reach an agreement, the amount will be temporarily reduced to avoid causing greater losses.
Fourth, after the credit card is activated, it is not used for a long time or the amount and frequency of swiping the card are seriously lower than the credit card limit.
