Do I need to share the credit cards used after marriage?
Legal analysis: if it is a personal debt before marriage, it does not need to be shared by both parties. The legal scope of joint debts of husband and wife includes: 1, debts arising from raising children; 2. Debt agreed by husband and wife as joint debt; 3. Debts jointly incurred by husband and wife for family life; 4. Liabilities with maintenance obligations arising from supporting the elderly; 5. Debts incurred to pay just and necessary social communication expenses; 6. Debts incurred to pay the education and training expenses of one or both spouses; 7. The debts incurred by one or both spouses due to medical treatment and treatment of patients have legal obligations; 8. The property borrowed by one party before marriage has been converted into the joint property of husband and wife, and the debts arising from the purchase of these properties.

Legal basis: Article 1062 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), the following property acquired by husband and wife during the marriage relationship is the joint property of husband and wife, which belongs to husband and wife:

(1) Wages, bonuses and remuneration for labor services;

(2) Income from production, operation and investment;

(3) Income from intellectual property rights;

(4) Inherited or donated property, except as provided for in Item 3 of Article 1063 of this Law;

(5) Other property that should be jointly owned.

Husband and wife have equal rights in dealing with common property.
