The installment number is fixed and cannot be changed, but if you need to terminate the installment service in advance, you can call the customer service center of CCB Credit Card to apply, and the installment loan balance will be included in your next bill in one lump sum.

The total amount of goods you buy will completely occupy your current credit limit, so your available credit limit will be reduced. When you repay the loan on time every month, the available credit line will gradually recover.

Repayment after shopping in the mall is consistent with the repayment cycle of normal consumption, that is, the last repayment date is 20 days after the bill date. If there is no repayment before the final repayment date, there will also be late fees and interest.

Under normal circumstances, after the order is paid successfully, it is not allowed to cancel or return it at will. If it is required to cancel the order or return the goods due to special reasons such as the quality of the goods or the shortage of suppliers, it may apply for cancellation of the order or return the goods according to the national three guarantees regulations.

After placing an order, please log in to my account and click My Order to display all the order information related to you (including shopping and air ticket orders). (2) If you ordered by calling our credit card customer service phone, you can log in to the mall for inquiry. For the mobile phone number provided by the mall login email, please call the customer service of CCB Credit Card Center to check the login password. Please change your mall password in time after logging in. Next time you shop, you can place an order directly in the mall.
