The cardholder can call the customer service hotline of CCB 95533, and then press the self-service voice to do the following:

Method 1: Call 95533- select "5 Transfer" and enter the account number or ID number-select 3 Credit Card for repayment.

Method 2: Call 95533- select "6 Credit Card"-select 1 Credit Card for repayment.
