1. Application conditions

Persons who have reached the age of 18, have full capacity for civil conduct, have a legitimate and stable income source and have a good credit standing can apply to the Bank for a personal credit card master card with their valid identity documents. Personal credit card holders can apply for supplementary cards for their designated natural persons.

II. Materials to be submitted when applying for a credit card

1. Identification documents

Domestic people:

(1) Copy of ID card or temporary id card (the new ID card needs to be copied on both sides, and the printed ID card reader is not allowed to be used as the identification document);

(2) The original or photocopy of the household registration certificate issued by the public security organ.

Overseas people:

(1) A copy of the passport;

(2) People from Hong Kong and Macao must provide a copy of the Mainland Pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents;

(3) Taiwan Province people must provide copies of Taiwan residents' mainland travel permits.

2. Copy of work certificate

(1), work permit or work identification certificate;

(2) The original work certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit;

(3), the original business card;

(4) A copy of the labor contract within the validity period;

(5) The payment information page of social security, pension, housing provident fund and unemployment insurance can display the name of the customer and the name of the work unit, and the displayed work unit is consistent with the actual work unit of the customer.

3. Proof of income

(1). Copy of personal income tax withholding certificate for nearly three consecutive months;

(2), a copy of the salary sheet of the secret salary system for nearly three consecutive months;

(3) A copy of the transaction flow or passbook of the payroll account for nearly three consecutive months;

(4) The original income certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit;

(5) The payment information page of social security, pension, housing provident fund and unemployment insurance can display the customer's name and payment base standard, thus reflecting the monthly income of customers.

4. Proof of financial resources

(1), a copy of the real estate license of the commercial house in my name or a copy of the purchase contract;

(2), a copy of the vehicle driving license in my name, a copy of the motor vehicle registration form, and a copy of the auto insurance policy of the insurance company.
