1. The assets under your name were seized and auctioned.

2. High consumption is prohibited (high-end places such as hotels and golf courses with star rating or above are not allowed), and stock trading, house buying, and leaving the country are restricted.

3. Unable to go to banks or other financial institutions to apply for loans and credit cards.

4. You are not allowed to serve as the legal representative, director, supervisor or senior manager of any company nationwide.

5. You cannot fly, you cannot buy soft sleeper seats on trains, or second-class or above cabins on ships, you cannot take all seats on G-prefixed EMU trains, or first-class or above seats on other EMU trains, and you cannot buy private transportation. The car in my name cannot get on the expressway.

6. Children cannot attend high-fee private schools (public schools can still enroll normally).

7. The list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement is synchronized with Sesame Credit.

8. The maximum sentence will be 7 years in prison (if the circumstances are serious, the sentence will be fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or a fine.
