If the user wants to cancel the account of CCB credit card, he needs to settle the account of the card and call the CCB customer service hotline 95533 (please call 86-28-95533 overseas) for account cancellation registration.

After the registration is completed, the user cuts the magnetic stripe of the card by himself (virtual cards such as e-Pay card do not need to be cut because there is no physical card), and if there is no new accounts payable within 45 days, the account is officially cancelled. No annual fee will be charged after the card is officially closed.

If the user's credit card is an IC chip card and there is a balance in the electronic cash account, electronic cash consumption can be made on the acceptance terminal with the UnionPay flash payment logo within the validity period of the card.
