1. unionpay channel cash withdrawal fee: RMB cash withdrawal, charged at 3% of the transaction amount for each transaction, with a minimum of 15 yuan; 3% of the transaction amount is charged for each withdrawal of US dollars, with a minimum of US$ 5.
2. Handling fee for cash withdrawal through non-UnionPay channels: Credit cards marked with VISA, MasterCard and JCB are withdrawn through overseas non-UnionPay channels, and each transaction is charged at 3% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of $5; The minimum is 5 euros.
The principal is not interest-free, and interest is charged at the rate of 3.5-5/ 10000 of the cash withdrawal principal every day from the date of transaction until it is fully paid off.
