If the China Merchants Bank All-in-One Card is lost, in order to ensure the safety of the account funds, you can first dial 95555 and select "4" to report the loss verbally. If you cannot call, it is recommended that you add the area code of the city where you opened the account before 95555. Dial again or directly dial 028-95555 or 0755-95555. You can also report the loss of the card verbally at any CMB branch, online banking and mobile banking across the bank, with no limit on the number of loss reports and no handling fees. A copy of the ID card cannot be used to report the loss of the card in writing.
Warm Tips
1. Oral loss reporting will automatically expire at 24:00 on the fifth day starting from the day of loss reporting (inclusive). Please bring the original account opening certificate to any of our bank counters as soon as possible. "Report the loss in writing" to get a new card.
2. If the card cannot be replaced in writing in time, it is recommended to report the loss verbally again within the validity period of the verbal loss report to ensure the safety of the card. The validity period of each oral report of loss will be extended by 5 days.
3. If the card is recovered, you need to cancel the verbal loss report in advance. Please bring your ID card and card to any branch of China Merchants Bank to handle it in person (it cannot be done on behalf of others).
If you report the loss of your China Merchants Bank credit card, please call customer service. No documents are required.
