Peony International Debit Card (dual currency) is a debit card issued by China Industrial and Commercial Bank, which can be used at home and abroad, settled in RMB and USD, and has the functions of consumption, transfer settlement and cash deposit and withdrawal.

The funds in the foreign currency account of Peony International Debit Card can be deposited in the cardholder's foreign currency cash or transferred out of his foreign currency account (including foreign currency account). The transfer and deposit of this account shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Personal Foreign Exchange of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The withdrawal of foreign currency cash at home and abroad shall be handled in accordance with the personal foreign exchange management system of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China).
