The card expires and meets the conditions for renewal. Ping An Bank will take the initiative to issue new cards. After receiving a new credit card, you need to activate it to use it normally. The number and password of the new card due for replacement are the same as those of the old card. After the new card is activated, there is no need to reset the password, and the old card will be invalid immediately. In order to ensure the security of credit card information, old cards need to be cut and destroyed along the magnetic stripe. If I don't cut down and destroy it, I will bear the risk.

Tips: Before the credit card expires 1 month, Ping An Bank will send a message to remind you to change the card, and the new card will be sent to the billing address. It is impossible to change the card directly at the branch. If the billing address changes, it needs to be changed in time.

One month before the expiration, you can log in to the Pocket Banking APP, enter the credit card interface, click More, and modify the billing address according to the prompts in Card Management-Data Management.
