If the transaction password is forgotten, customers can log in to mobile banking, enter "Credit Card Password Management" in the search box at the top of the homepage, click on the entrance, and select the "Consumption and Cash Withdrawal Password" menu to reset. Customers can also bring the original ID card and credit card through any CCB branch, or use the phone number reserved with our bank to call the customer service hotline 95533 and select "Credit Card Business" to reset.
