You can apply for a supplementary card for your immediate family (parents, spouse or children), and the card type should be the same as the main card. When applying, you only need to simply fill in the credit card application form, including the name of the main cardholder, date of birth, ID number and the information of your supplementary card applicant, and attach a copy of the identity certificate of the supplementary card applicant and mail it to us for processing. Please log in to the credit card website/,select "Credit Card Application", then select the card type you need, click "Apply for supplementary card", select "Cardholder" to log in with the information of the main cardholder, and then apply for supplementary card according to the prompts. Print out the page after filling it out, sign the names of the main cardholder and the supplementary cardholder respectively on the application form, attach a copy of the identity certificate of the supplementary cardholder, and mail it to us for processing.
