Guangfotong is issued by Foshan Guangfotong Electronic Toll Operation Co., Ltd., formerly known as Foshan Nanhai Yangchengtong Electronic Toll Operation Co., Ltd. The company was officially registered and established in June 2003. Its shareholders are Foshan Nanhai District Lianda Holding Investment Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Yangchengtong Co., Ltd., and is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the Foshan transportation card project. As of May 2013, the application area of ??the Guangfo Public Transport Card has covered all buses in the five districts of Foshan, some special buses to Guangzhou and all application areas of Guangzhou Yangcheng Tong. The Guangfo Public Transport Card has been initially realized. Let the general public truly enjoy the convenience of electronic payment.

1. The Guangfo Tong Card is a special ticket card for the Guangfo Tong electronic toll collection system and its extended consumption applications. It adopts contactless smart card technology with built-in chips and uses stored-value card applications. There is no need to insert or remove the card. It has the characteristics of convenient and fast operation, high reliability, and high anti-interference. It can be recharged repeatedly. It is issued by Foshan Guangfotong Electronic Toll Operation Co., Ltd.

2. Guangfotong Customer Service Center, Guangfotong Convenience Station and other service outlets provide corresponding ticket card issuance or recharge services to the public.

3. Ticket card issuance

(1) Ordinary card: A deposit of 20 yuan is required, which is a rental property. This card can be refunded.

(2) Discount card: It includes the functions of monthly pass wallet and ordinary wallet. A deposit of 30 yuan is required. It is a rental property. This card can be refunded.

(3) Other tickets (commemorative cards, corporate cards, special-shaped cards and personalized cards, etc.): are for sale and are charged according to the issuance price.

(4) The ticket card cannot be used to withdraw cash or overdraft, and the card issuer does not calculate and pay interest on the balance.

4. Ticket card recharge

(1) The recharge amount for the monthly ticket wallet part of the discount card is 75 yuan each time, and you can ride the bus 50 times on designated routes in a month.

(This discount was canceled in October 2008)

(2) The maximum recharge limit for the ordinary wallet part of the discount card, ordinary card and other ticket cards is 1,000 yuan (some special-shaped cards are set to 500 yuan). The recharge amount is a multiple of 50 yuan.

(3) Special-shaped cards can only be recharged at outlets that provide manual recharge services, or at self-service recharge machines that do not require insertion.

5. Scope of application

(1) Most buses, city buses, and Guangfo City buses in Foshan City;

(2) Chancheng District, Foshan City , Nanhai District designated public telephone;

6. Consumption usage

(1) In all application areas of the Guangfo Tong electronic toll collection system, use the Guangfo Tong card payment method to pay for equal amounts of consumption, or you can enjoy discounts Use the credit limit to pay for consumption;

(2) After each payment by swiping the card, the transaction amount (times) and the balance in the card (remaining times) are displayed on the consumption terminal or charge receipt;

(3) When the discount card is used on buses operated by Foshan Bus Company, Xin Welfare Company and Nanzhuang, Chancheng District, the number of times will be deducted in the monthly ticket wallet area. Tickets exceeding 50 times will be paid in the ordinary wallet area. The preferential policies are the same as those of ordinary cards. The number of times in the current month can only be used in the current month, and the remaining times in the previous month will be automatically cleared by the system.

(4) When the balance of the ticket card is insufficient and charges cannot be deducted normally, the cardholder needs to pay the fee payable in another way, and please go to the recharge service point to recharge as soon as possible;

(5 ) Special-shaped cards can be used within the application scope of Guangfotong electronic toll collection system, but due to their special shape and structure, which are different from ordinary ticket cards, their use on some machines and equipment may have certain effects;

(6) Because the consumer terminal fails to provide normal card swiping services, cardholders should promptly complain to their respective operators or report to the customer service center.

7. Customer Service

(1) Guangfotong Customer Service Center provides cardholders with ticket and card inquiry, card refund and consulting services;

( 2) Cardholders can check up to 10 transaction records free of charge. If more than 10 transaction records are checked, a query service fee of 5 yuan/time will be charged;

(3) The refund card used by the cardholder must be Ordinary cards or discount cards that have been used for purchases;

(4) The cardholder handles the refund business with the card.

8. Cardholders should not fold, mold, score, punch, cut, corrode, burn, or soak the card, and do not bring the card close to high-temperature or magnetic objects or metal. Materials or other electronic products should be used together to avoid affecting the functionality and causing unnecessary losses.
