1. Log in to the official website of CCB on your computer.

2. At the top of the main page, click the "Credit Card" option.

3. In the pop-up page, enter the credit card number, query password and additional code, and click "Log in".

4. After entering your personal account, find the "Bill/Payment/Consumption Points" option at the bottom of the page and click on it.

5. In the newly opened page, select "Instalment Query".

6. After entering the installment inquiry page, find the settled installment and click "Details" next to it.

7. In the details page, you can see the settlement certificate and click "Download".

8. After the download is completed, open the downloaded electronic document to view and print the settlement certificate.
