Step 2: After entering the "Credit Card Opening" guidance page, click the "Online Banking Card Opening" function;

Step 3: After entering the "Online Banking Card Opening" page, follow the prompts, enter the relevant ID number and other information to activate your card.

Third, customer service phone activation

Cardholders can use the telephone registered in the Credit Card Center of CITIC Bank to call the 24-hour customer service telephone number of CITIC Bank: 95558 or 400-889-5558, and enter the relevant ID number according to the voice prompts to activate your card.
