It is reported that the original charging standards of BOC are: inter-bank 2 yuan/pen in the same city and inter-bank 7 yuan/pen in the province.

2. CCB

collects .5% of the withdrawal amount from banks in the same city plus 2 yuan/transaction, and from banks in different places (inside/outside the province) plus 1% plus 2 yuan/transaction.

III. Agricultural Bank of China

4 yuan/transaction is accepted by banks in the same city and in the province, and 1% plus 2 yuan/transaction is accepted by banks outside the province.

iv. ICBC

interbank 4 yuan/transaction in the same city, and 1% interbank 2 yuan/transaction in other places (inside/outside the province).
