If the card issuing bank resorts to violent door-to-door collection without any telephone collection procedures or notifying the cardholder that it will come to collect the card, this kind of collection method is illegal, and the person being collected can call the police. 2. As long as the repayment is within a reasonable period and within the scope permitted by law, it is legal to refrain from improper collection behaviors such as violence, coercion, intimidation or abuse.
