Where should I report credit card crimes?

If someone applies for a credit card and overdrafts more than 10,000 yuan, first report the case to the local public security bureau.

1. The Public Security Bureau should file a case for investigation. The crime of credit card fraud refers to the act of using credit cards to conduct fraudulent activities for the purpose of illegal possession, in violation of credit card management regulations, and to defraud a large amount of property.

2. Suspected of using forged credit cards, credit cards fraudulently obtained with false identity certificates, invalid credit cards, or fraudulently using other people’s credit cards to commit credit card fraud, with the amount exceeding 5,000 yuan.

3. If the Public Security Bureau files a case, the victim will not go to the bank, but the Public Security Bureau will investigate and deal with it.
