VISA cards are accepted internationally, especially online. But I don’t really recommend that you use domestic cards to make purchases online, because once a dispute occurs, it will be difficult to appeal.

If you are sure to use it, then you need to make sure your card has the VERIFY BY VISA (VBV) function enabled, because online transactions now generally require this function to be enabled. You can check whether this function is enabled in your bank's online banking. If the website does not require this feature, then the card number and expiration date can be used to make online purchases (which is quite unsafe).
