Method 1: Cancel the Industrial Credit Card through the counter.

If the Industrial Credit Card is lost, you can only cancel it at the outlet counter. If there is a new account payable within 45 days (inclusive) after the card is cancelled, it will still be borne by you. After 45 days, if the account has no arrears or overflow deposits, the system will automatically close the account without going through any formalities.

Method 2: Cancel Industrial Credit Card through customer service phone.

Call the customer service hotline 9556 1, and you can cancel the Industrial Credit Card after completing the authentication according to the voice prompt. When canceling the card, the account cannot be in arrears.
