The evaluation criteria for each type of industrial star-level customers are as follows:

(1) Seven-star customers: the star point value is above 80,000 (inclusive).

(2) Six-star customers: Star point value ranges from 10,000 (inclusive) to 80,000.

(3) Five-star customers: Star point value is 2,000 (inclusive) ~ 10,000.

(4) Four-star customers: Star point value is 500 (inclusive) ~ 2,000.

(5) Three-star customers: Star point value is 50 (inclusive) to 500.

The star point value is calculated by summarizing your assets, liabilities and intermediary business in ICBC (bank-wide) in the past six months.

The intermediary business indicator consists of three details: investment and financial management transactions, card consumption transactions, and settlement transactions. The indicator calculation caliber is the cumulative transaction amount for half a year. If the amount of a single transaction exceeds the standard upper limit of the business fee charge, the upper limit amount will be included in the indicator statistics as the transaction amount. If a single transaction has enjoyed our bank's rate discount, the transaction amount will be converted according to the discount ratio and then included in the indicator statistics.

(1) Investment and financial management categories

Transaction indicators mainly include: fund purchase and redemption (excluding monetary funds), purchase of financial products (excluding Linkong Express), and purchase of treasury bonds , insurance purchase, gold trading, foreign exchange trading, etc. You can get 200 star points for every 10,000 yuan of investment and financial management transactions.

(2) Card consumption

Transaction indicators mainly include Money Link cards, Elite Club account cards (including ICBC Wealth Management Elite Account Cards), credit cards, credit cards, and quasi-credit cards Cards and other types of transactions generated through POS card consumption. You can get 400 star points for every 10,000 yuan of investment and financial management transactions.

(3) Settlement type

Transactions mainly include long-distance deposits and withdrawals, long-distance remittances, inter-bank remittances, speed remittances, etc. You can get 200 star points for every 10,000 yuan in settlement transaction volume.

For customers who meet one of the following conditions, if the current service star rating is low, the system will automatically and immediately increase it to the corresponding star rating:

(1) Sign a private banking service agreement, Adjust the service star rating to seven stars.

(2) Open an ICBC Wealth Management Gold Account Card or Platinum Credit Card, and adjust the service star rating to six stars.

(3) Open an elite financial account, a gold credit card, and adjust the service rating to five stars.
