The National Bank of Cambodia is an independent central bank in Cambodia, responsible for formulating banking policies and issuing bank decisions, regulations, notices and other instructions. Its board of directors has seven members. The chief banker supervises Cambodia's banking system. The bank consists of four institutions, namely, the general cashier, the general administration, the general secretariat and the general inspection.

Domestic banks are as follows:

2. Agricultural Bank of China (ABC): It mainly provides financial services for farmers, rural areas and agriculture, and also provides services for individuals and corporate customers, including deposits, loans and investments.

3. Bank of China (BOC): One of the four largest commercial banks in China, providing comprehensive banking services, including personal and corporate savings, loans, wealth management and international business.

4. China Construction Bank (CCB): One of the first three state-owned commercial banks established in China, providing various financial services, including deposits, loans, investments and international business of individuals and enterprises.

5. China Bank of Communications (BCM): provides various financial services for individual and corporate customers, including savings, loans, credit cards and investments.

6. China Postal Savings Bank (PSBC): Serving individuals, families and small and micro enterprise customers, supported by postal outlets, providing financial services such as deposit, loan, wealth management and remittance.
