The electronic cash account of Ping An Bank IC credit card cannot be reported as lost. After the credit card is reported as lost, Ping An Bank will deduct the electronic cash compensation from your credit card account, and the remaining amount equal to the reported loss will be the electronic cash account balance in the Ping An Bank system. After completing the loss report procedure, Ping An Bank will immediately apply for a new card for you and send the new card to the cardholder's payment address two working days later.
