If you want to hide or delete credit card records, there is no way to close it on UnionPay. However, you can delete or hide emails sent by the credit card center or online banking bills.

Statement (Monthly Statement) The card-issuing bank will print the card payment details into a statement every month and send it to the cardholder, stating the consumption amount and payment deadline.

Cardholders should first carefully check whether the statement and the retained signature are consistent. If there is any discrepancy, they can notify the bank and suspend the payment of the fee.
