China Agricultural Bank credit card master card application materials are divided into required materials and optional materials (1) required materials. The necessary materials include a complete and standardized application form and valid identification documents. If the card is issued by way of guarantee, an application form of guarantee certification materials shall be provided: it refers to a credit card application form with articles of association, contract, charging standard, application content, typesetting and other items approved by the head office. Identification materials: ID card, temporary id card, official (police) card, passport, income certificate of Hong Kong and Macao Pass: income certificate issued by the unit for nearly three months, salary income certificate issued by the bank for nearly three months, business license or tax payment certificate (individual and private enterprise) Temporary residence permit for foreign residence: if the applicant is a foreign residence, in addition to the above information, residence certificate issued by the local police station for more than two years is required. (2) Optional materials. Optional materials are used to prove the customer's identity information and credit status, including: copy of self-owned real estate license, telephone/water and electricity bill of home address in the last three months, three-month rent certificate, copy of self-owned motor vehicle driving license, mortgage or car loan contract, application materials for opening a supplementary card with a time deposit certificate of more than 10,000 yuan in Agricultural Bank of China, and application form for credit card supplementary card (signed by the principal cardholder and confirmed by the supplementary cardholder), copy of valid ID card of the principal cardholder and valid ID card of the supplementary card applicant.
