Operation process of the public version of online banking: After logging in, click "Self-service transfer → Transfer between cards → Transfer between fixed-term and active deposits → Whole deposit and withdrawal".

Mobile banking operation process: After logging in, click "My → All → Financial Management → Deposit → Whole Deposit and Withdrawal/My Deposit Certificate".
