Loss reporting and replacement:
1 Report the loss by telephone: call China UnionPay customer service hotline 955 16 or China Construction Bank 95533 to report the loss (reissue the card or cancel the account after seven days as required);
2. Reissue the loss in writing: bring the owner's ID card to the bank where the account is opened, and fill in the loss report form to report the loss in writing (loss report fee 10 yuan, you can directly apply for a new card without using the original card number);
3. Reissue the card: One week (working day) after reporting the loss, the householder will bring his ID card to the bank, get the card with the receipt, and get the money in the card (5 yuan will reissue the card).
Supplement: If the ID card is lost, you need to bring the household registration book and the household registration certificate issued by the police station to the bank to report the loss and reissue it.
