After that, the two started dating. Within a few days, Zhang Shuai said that he would lend Wang Qian 3, yuan for usury, and Wang Qian agreed. When Zhang Shuai went to Wang Qian to get money, Wang Qian took money from his salary card and his colleague's salary card to Zhang Shuai.

One day in early June, Zhang Shuai claimed that he would pay the other person for hitting someone, or he would be detained. Therefore, Wang Qian gave Zhang Shuai 27, yuan in cash. Later, Zhang Shuai borrowed money from Wang Qian on the pretext of losing money for beating people. Wang Qian said that he had no money, but he could get a loan. Later, Wang Qian successively gave Zhang Shuai seven bank cards, from which Zhang Shuai took about 13, yuan.

After that, Wang Qian refused to go to the bank and asked Zhang Shuai to pay back the money. Zhang Shuai said that he could get an 8,-yuan credit card with 1, yuan. Wang Qian gave Zhang Shuai ten thousand dollars, and later, Zhang Shuai asked Wang Qian for several thousand dollars on the grounds that he needed to entertain the cardholder.

Later, Wang Qian kept asking Zhang Shuai when the card would be completed. In mid-October, Wang Qian found out through a friend that Zhang Shuai was working in a karaoke bar called Romantic Meeting. Zhang Shuai said that he had no money, so he gave Wang Qian an iou of 187, yuan, but the date of the iou was written on July 5, 215. When Wang Qian went to karaoke bars again, he couldn't find Zhang Shuai. The proprietress of karaoke bars said that his real name was Liu. Wang Qian felt cheated and called the police.

At about 23: on December 28th, 215, the police arrested Liu in a hotel on Taiping East Road, Haidian District, Beijing. Wang Qian identified Liu as the man who claimed to be Zhang Shuai and defrauded him of his money.
