You can't.

A credit card can only be bound to a store registered with the same set of information. When a credit card is lost, our first reaction is to report the loss. But if the credit card is tied to your Amazon account, you can't report the loss immediately. If there are other dual-currency or full-currency credit cards, you can report the loss of the original credit card after the Amazon background change is successful. If there are no other dual-currency credit cards, call credit card customer service or do the following on mobile banking/online banking.
