How to set a password after credit card activation

After the credit card is activated, there are three ways to set passwords: withdrawal password setting, consumption password setting, and telephone service password setting.

1. Withdrawal password setting: Please use the home or mobile phone you reserved at the bank to call the bank's credit card 24-hour customer service hotline to set it; the withdrawal password is used for self-service services such as ATMs/online transfers/online transactions. The password required for withdrawal is 6 digits.

2. Consumption password setting: Please set it after opening the card and setting the withdrawal password. The password should be consistent with the withdrawal password. After setting the withdrawal password, you can also use the mobile phone reserved by the bank to edit a text message and send it to the bank to activate the consumption password function.

3. Telephone service password setting: call the bank’s credit card 24-hour customer service phone number to set it. The telephone service password is only used for self-service telephone services and is not applicable to cash withdrawals or consumption; the telephone service password is 6 digits.
