Bank of China ETC application process:

For customers who hold Bank of China debit/credit cards, you can hold the debit/credit card under your name, your ID card, and your vehicle driving license. (Can be different from the cardholder), drive to the designated ETC business acceptance outlet of Bank of China, fill in the ETC user agreement, handle ETC business and install OBU equipment. Since there are differences in various regions, please consult the Bank of China branch for detailed information.
