2. The administrative department for industry and commerce shall reduce the credit rating of the person who has broken his promise and limit his qualification for keeping promises and evaluating contracts;

3. Restrict the exit of the person who is untrustworthy, the railway department does not sell him train tickets, and the civil aviation department does not sell him air tickets;

4. The tendering and bidding management department restricts the participation of the person who has lost his trust in government procurement and project bidding.

Article 9 of "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Publishing the Information of the List of Executed Persons with Disbelief"

If a citizen, legal person or other organization that should not be included in the list of persons subjected to dishonesty is included in the list of persons subjected to dishonesty, the people's court shall revoke the information of dishonesty within three working days.

If the recorded and published information of dishonesty is inaccurate, the people's court shall correct it within three working days.
