1. Log in to ICBC Online Banking (/icbc/) and click "Credit Card-I want to apply for a card".
2. Select the credit card to be processed, then select the province and city to process the card, and then click the "Apply Now" icon below.
Fill in the applicant's name, mobile phone number, ID number and other information, and then click "Next". After confirming the application information, click "Submit" to complete the application process.
4. After receiving the application information, ICBC will inform the applicant to go to ICBC outlets for face-to-face interview within 15 days.
5. After the interview is passed, the staff of ICBC will upload the information to the ICBC Credit Card Production Center, and the business card printing can be completed within 3 to 5 working days.
6. After handling the card, ICBC staff will send the credit card.
7. After receiving the credit card, the applicant can use it after going through the activation formalities at ICBC outlets.
2. Business office outlets shall handle:
1. Go to any ICBC outlet and queue up at the counter to handle business.
2. Apply for a credit card from the counter staff, fill in the application form and submit the application materials (ID card, income certificate and work certificate).
3. Wait for ICBC staff to review the application materials and the qualifications of the applicant.
4. After the approval, you can apply for a card, and notify the applicant to collect the card from the bank.
5. At the same time of receiving the card, you can use the credit card after the activation procedure.
