After Jinsui's credit card is lost, you can report the loss in the following ways:

1. Call our credit card 24-hour service hotline 4006695599 (please dial 021-61/95599 in areas where 400 is not available, and+86-21-6/kloc-outside China.

2. Registered customers of mobile banking can log in to the mobile banking client and click the menu of Credit Card-Settings-Loss Reporting and Replacement Card to report the loss.

3. Online banking registered customers log in through "Personal Online Banking" and click the menu of Credit Card-Card Management-Loss Reporting and Replacement Card to report the loss.

4. Bring your ID card to ABC outlets for loss reporting and card replacement.

Note: Once the loss reporting business is handled, it will take effect immediately and is irrevocable. 50 yuan will directly deduct the loss reporting fee from the cardholder's account (platinum cards and other special cards are free). After the loss reporting takes effect, our bank will bear the economic losses caused by the fraudulent use of your card and mail you a new card in time.
