The Great Wall Hutong Card is a credit card jointly issued by Bank of China Shanghai Branch and Shanghai Public Transport Co., Ltd. to car owners. A two-card model is adopted to implement the ETC function. The bank is responsible for the Great Wall Hutong card (credit card), and the bus card is responsible for the ETC debit card. The two cards perform account binding in the background.
