2. The bank identification number (i.e. the first six digits of the account number of the Visa card) is the ID number representing the bank issuing the Visa card. The name of the bank printed on the fake card usually does not match the bank identification number.
3. The (flying pigeon) hologram attached to the real Visa is three-dimensional, which is made by two authorized manufacturers in the United States and Britain. The (flying pigeon) hologram on the common fake credit card in the market is generally two-dimensional, which does not match the real card.
4. The blue, white and gold logo around Visa is a kind of micro-printing, which is printed with the first four account numbers on the card, the card type and the approved manufacturer code. Most fake credit cards in the market are not micro-printed.
The legal provisions on credit card fraud are:
(1) using a forged credit card or using a credit card fraudulently obtained with a false identity certificate;
(2) using an invalid credit card;
(3) fraudulent use of another person's credit card;
(4) malicious overdraft.
