(2) The accumulated withdrawal amount within one month shall not exceed USD 5,000 or equivalent foreign currency.

(3) From June, 2065438+June, 2008, 65438+1 October1day, individuals can withdraw cash abroad with domestic bank cards, and the accumulated amount of debit cards and credit cards under their names (including supplementary cards, business cards and international cards, and the withdrawal of supplementary cards is included in the main card limit) shall not exceed RMB 654.38 million per natural year;

Those who exceed the annual quota will be suspended from using domestic bank cards to withdraw cash from overseas in this year and the following year.
