Call the Bank of Communications Credit Card Center, select "Credit Card", and then select "Manual Service". The Bank of Communications Credit Card Customer Service Specialist will accept the user's business application;

Users can also log in to Communications For bank credit card online banking, use the self-service function of Bank of Communications credit card consumption installment business.
