If you do not want to continue the application, you can call the credit card customer service and select 3#1-3 to enter the manual application for cancellation.

The time limit for interview is generally 30 days or 60 days (whichever is prompted in the text message). Failure to handle the interview after the expiration date will be deemed as automatic abandonment of credit card application. And you cannot submit another credit card application online within 90 days.

No bad records will be generated.
